How to obtain your Saudi invitation for your Saudi Visa	Send your passport details to the Saudi company you are planning to visit. It will be their responsibility to visit one of the various government offices (chamber of commerce or Foreign affairs). They will obtain this, and are required to email this copy to you.  The invitation is also simultaneously sent to the Saudi embassy in your current residing country.

Saudi Visa Government Invitation Letter- MOFA and Chamber of Commerce Invites

The most important part of your Saudi Visa application is the government invite. This is typically an automated printed Arabic letter provided from Saudi.

This Saudi invite is mandatory for the Saudi visa application process. We require this Saudi invite to create an "e-number" for your Saudi visa application, and make the necessary payment to the Saudi embassy before the application is submitted for processing.

So how to obtain a Saudi invite?

You must request the Saudi company you are visiting to visit their local Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Saudi Chamber of Commerce and obtain this. They are then issued this invite which is emailed to you. The government invite is then faxed from the government agency in Saudi to the Saudi embassy in your own country, where you are applying from. When your application is submitted to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in your country, the documents are paired up and the Saudi visa issued accordingly.

Saudi Arabia Visa Types

Depending on the purpose of your trip, your contacts in Saudi and how long you will be there, you must ensure you apply for the correct type of Saudi visa. Below is a table of the main different types of Saudi visas available. Please select which type is correct for you:

Saudi Working Visitor Visa	This visa shall allow you to work in Saudi Arabia for upto 180 days. You will require a working visit visa invitation specifically from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is normal for occupations such as airline pilots and oil industry workers
Saudi Business Visa	This Saudi visa will allow you to make short terms visits for business meetings, discussions and training events. You are able to obtain either a 3 month single entry Saudi visa or a 6 month multiple entry Saudi visa. You are entitled to up to a maximum of a 30 day stay during each visit. The Saudi visa government will dictate whether a single or multi entry visa for Saudi is issued.
Saudi Working Visitor Visa	This visa shall allow you to work in Saudi Arabia for upto 180 days. You will require a working visit visa invitation specifically from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is normal for occupations such as airline pilots and oil industry workers
Saudi Work Visa	This visa allows you to reside and work full time in Saudi. You will be required to provide the contract of employment, invites and other sites such as a medical report and attestation certificate of qualifications. Please visit our Saudi work visa page
Saudi Visitor Visa	If you are planning to visit relatives or friends in Saudi you will be required to provide a Saudi visitor invite. This is relatively straightforward.
