- One visa form (photocopy not allowed).

- Haj requirements are fixed by the Haj Ministry in Saudi Arabia and coordinated with Haj Committees in India. It is subject to change every year.
- Visa validity depends on the period of Haj. Usually the stay permitted is till the 10th day of the Moharram month.

- Medical Certificate from an Embassy approved doctor.
- Original payment order of SR 2000 towards visa fee paid in Saudi Arabia is also needed.
- Degree required as per the category applied for. Degree certificate should be first attested by the Ministry of Education than by Ministry of External Affairs and lastly by the Saudia Embassy.
- Experience letter of the applicant of the last two years.
- Visa is valid for 90 days and it is issued for a stay of three months.
- The visa can be extended by the Sponsor in Saudi Arabia.

- If children below 5 years are joining Parents their Polio Certificate is required.
- A copy of the Birth Certificate should also be included.
- The visa can be extended by the Sponsor in Saudi Arabia.
- Processing time is 24 hours.
